Spiritual maturity is a lifelong journey. It begins the moment you accept Christ as your personal Lord and Savior and continues throughout the rest of your life. Another word for this process is ‘sanctification’ and it represents the work of the Holy Spirit in the regenerated life of the believer.

At Cottonwood Creek Baptist Church we want to come alongside and help you on your faith journey. We believe that true “Authentic Faith” is one that thrives both inside and outside the walls of the church building. It is not something that can be compartmentalized or only demonstrated on Sunday mornings. No, by definition authentic faith must permeate every fiber of our being. As a new creation in Christ, authentic faith teaches us daily what it means for Christ to be the Lord of our lives, it influences our thoughts and plans and ultimately, draws us closer to God through the sanctification process.

We use the term ‘Faith@Home’ to represent this quest for Authentic Faith - faith that is lived out in our daily activities, is modeled in our homes and communities and passed down to the next generation. Everything we do at Cottonwood Creek is designed to help people mature on their spiritual faith journey. We are all on this common journey, but no one can walk the path but you.
