Ryan leads our Adult 1 and Missions Ministry at Cottonwood Creek. He and his wife Laurel have been a part of the Cottonwood Creek family for over seven years. They have three boys: Grayson, Carson, and Hudson. Ryan surrendered to full-time ministry in 2009 and joined the staff of CCBC. Prior to the ministry Ryan led an Executive Search practice for one of the largest search firms in the U.S. Having spent many years in vocation outside the church, Ryan has a passion to see families living their faith beyond Sunday morning. One of his favorite verses in scripture is Philippians 3:14 because it reminds him to always look forward to the great things God has planned.

Justin Frazier, Associate Pastor, Areas of Focus include Men’s Ministry, Sports & Recreation Ministry, Adult 2 Life Group Ministry, Faith@Home Ministry and Human Resources. Before surrendering to full-time ministry in 2009, Justin was a Deacon and Life Group teacher at CCBC.  He spent more than 14 years in the corporate world, most recently in the role of Senior Vice President of Customer Service at Citigroup.  Justin is married to his wife, Jennifer, and has three sons: Zachary, Brandon and Dylan.

Robert Bennett

Robert and his wife, Kathy, came to Cottonwood Creek in September 1999.  They have four grown boys and eight grandchildren.  Robert joined the staff in 2009.  The Lord called Robert to serve as a full time minister in 2011.  Over the past thirty years he has served in several churches as a lay person. The first was First Baptist Carrollton, where he was saved and baptized, and later in the following areas: Gainesville, Brownwood and Corinth.  While he enjoyed serving in all areas of the church his passion is to teach, which he has done for twenty years.
