Love For Christmas

Give the gift of love and care, writing one heart-felt note or several, touch the lives dear to you with words from your heart (and Scripture, too).

The steps to create this personal gift include:

  1. Write the FIRST letter to introduce your gift. This letter should explain that the additional letters are for times suggested on the outside of the envelope (i.e. open the ‘Sad’ letter on a day you feel sad or open the ‘unpacking’ letter when you are unpacking from an anticipated trip). There are over 200 ideas at https://www.berries.com/blog/open-when-letters
  2. Write as many additional letters as your heart desires, put in their envelopes, and label each for the time to be opened.
  3. Wrap your gift beautifully to be given for Christmas.
  4. Pray the recipient will feel loved and cared for all year long, reading your letters as needed!
NOTE: this idea is great for even young people to do for someone they love.

Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.
