The Ministry Resident Program is a one-year, intensive ministry formation pathway designed to train future pastors, church planters, revitalizers, and ministry leaders. Residents are immersed in the daily life of the local church, trained across multiple ministry areas, and coached by experienced pastors and ministry leaders.
This is not simply a job at Cottonwood Creek. This is a sending pathway. Our goal is to help residents become the kind of leaders who can reach people, make disciples, grow the church, and serve faithfully wherever God sends them.

The Summer Internship is a short-term ministry experience designed for students and young adults who want to grow spiritually, serve the church, and explore a potential call to ministry. Interns serve alongside Cottonwood Creek staff, gain practical ministry experience, and learn what it looks like to make a difference in the local church.
This pathway is ideal for those who are still discerning their future, looking for meaningful summer work, or wanting hands-on ministry experience in a healthy church environment.
