About: I work with individuals and couples, with a particular focus on relationship dynamics, communication, trust, and emotional connection. I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as the Gottman Method and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also offer couples intensives for those who prefer a more focused and structured approach to working through relationship challenges. For couples who may not have the time or availability for weekly sessions, intensives can be completed over a weekend, allowing us to do deeper, concentrated work in a shorter period of time.
