Grace Groups
Grace Groups aim to build a community for individuals living with, or those supporting someone living with, a mental health struggle. Grace Groups will start with two community groups, one for individuals struggling with anxiety and depression, called "Living Grace." The second group is for those who are supporting someone dear to them with anxiety and depression, it is called "Family Grace." Both groups meet at the same time, in separate rooms. Each participant needs a workbook that can be ordered below. Groups end at 8:30p.
