Grace Groups aim to build a community for individuals living with, or those supporting someone living with, a mental health struggle. Grace Groups will start with two community groups, one for individuals struggling with anxiety and depression, called "Living Grace." The second group is for those who are supporting someone dear to them with anxiety and depression, it is called "Family Grace."
Both groups meet at the same time, on Mondays via ZOOM. Each participant needs a workbook that can be ordered below. Groups end at 8:00p.

Living Grace Workbook:
Living with anxiety, depression and other challenges can be exhausting and confusing! Living Grace will empower you with new ways to reduce symptoms, increase your well-being and rest in God’s grace.
Family Grace Workbook:
Supporting a loved one through anxiety, depression and other mental health difficulties and disorders can be stressful and confusing! Family Grace will empower you to make confident decisions to care for yourself and your loved one.
