Each child attending K2 Camp must complete the Cottonwood Waiver listed below.

• Cottonwood Waiver must be completed for each child registered for K-2 Camp 
• 2026 MEDICAL FORM – must be completed for any child needing medication during K-2 Camp 
• K2 Camp Packing List

Please email kelly.kitch@cottonwoodcreek.org with any food allergies we need to be aware of. We can accommodate Gluten-free, Dairy-free and Nut-free; please provide meals/snacks if your child has allergies outside these listed.
