Every registrant must complete the 2 forms listed below AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO CAMP:

Plan to attend:  Thurs, July 16, 2026 | 5 – 7 p.m. | Pre-camp Supplies Pickup Night at Cottonwood Creek Church.

Please read the important camp parent information below:

• Parent Orientation Video (Coming Soon) with ALL the details: there will NOT be an in-person meeting. You will need to watch this video to be informed.
• Printable Parent Guide (Coming Soon) – filled with LOTS of information for you and your camper to go over TOGETHER.
• Medication Form – required for all campers bringing medications to camp. Drop-off will be during our Pre-Camp Night, July 17 | 5 – 7 p.m.

If you have not already, please follow these steps to complete this FRIEND REQUEST process.

1. Click on this link to complete the 10 questions; use same email that was used when the child registered for CAMP.
2. Send this link to the friend you are requesting. Remind the parent to use the same email that was used when registering their child for CAMP.
3. Once email addresses are verified and all steps are completed on both sides, the friend request will be completed.
4. Assignments will be communicated the week of camp.

IMPORTANT REMINDER NOTES:

• Full payment for camp is required when registering. No refunds.
• Campers that leave camp will not be eligible to return; campers should remain at camp through its duration.
• Campers will need to be dropped off and picked up from camp at Lake Lavon Camp and Conference Center in Princeton, Texas. We will not be busing to camp.

Arrive at LAKE LAVON CAMP & CONFERENCE CENTER at your assigned time. Be prepared for a quick drop-off. A team will be available to help with luggage. Quick goodbyes are necessary to keep the flow moving.
