These programs guides you through simple biblical and neuroscience insights and tools to reduce stress, depression, anxiety and other challenges.
All sessions are open for new and past attendees. Jump in at anytime!
Grace Groups offer two community groups which define who we are in Christ. The first group is for individuals struggling with anxiety and depression, called "Living Grace." The second group is for those who are supporting someone dear to them with anxiety and depression, it is called "Family Grace."
High schoolers - you are invited to redefine your story using spiritual truths, compelling facts, thought-provoking questions, and learning empowering tools. This community group will help you reduce stress, anxiety, depression and other challenges; learn helpful insights and tools to manage stressors and discover how and why you are enough in Christ!
