CREEK MEN

AT COTTONWOOD CREEK CHURCH

ABOUT

The vision of the men’s ministry is to be a spiritual blacksmith shop – to come alongside men in our church and help sharpen each other daily as we pursue the Lord together. Our desire is to biblically train and equip men to be spiritual leaders in their homes, in the church, in our communities and places of business. And in doing so, we will reach other men and families in North Texas.

JESUS CALLS US TO BE DISCIPLES

but what does that mean?

Biblical community

Spiritual growth best occurs within the context of relationships and we see that modeled throughout the New Testament. Thus the first step is to commit to begin an active member of a Life Group.

equipping opportunities

We offer larger church-wide equipping opportunities to help supplement the spiritual growth of our men.

outreach events

Each of us is commanded to go and make disciples individually, so we host events specifically designed for our men to easily be able to invite other guys to come join them.

GROUPS

In Luke 6:40, Jesus says, "A disciple is not above his teacher, but everyone who is fully trained will be like his teacher."

As we humbly grow closer to the Lord and help others do the same (just like Jesus did), the ultimate goal for our lives is to look more like Jesus himself.

Join us at 6 a.m. every Tuesday morning in the Atrium for coffee, donuts and Bible Study. It’s a much needed boost during the week, so make plans to join us this Tuesday as John Mark continues his study of the 5 Pillars of Biblical Manhood. Text STUDY to 77978 for reminders and links to podcasts when you miss.

SEE EVENT

Check out our men’s podcast that records the men’s bible study on Tuesday mornings.

LISTEN NOW

In partnership with Ministry Builders and Pogue Family Missions, Cottonwood Creek will be traveling to Chiapas, Mexico to help build the kingdom of God through building a church building. Through Ministry Builders, literally hundreds of church buildings have been built and pastors have been trained to go into their villages and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with those that are lost and in need of a Savior.

Thousands for people are hearing the gospel preached in their communities because of the strong partnership that Ministry Builders has with Cottonwood Creek Church and other churches across the United States.
