About: My name is Ruth Roddy. I have been practicing for the past 10 years, Ive owned my own practice for the last 5. I work with individuals across the lifespan starting at 10 years old. My areas of speciality are eating disorders, autism, adhd, anxiety disorders, depression and womens issues. My number one focus with any client is to provide safety and build a strong rapport. Beyond that, I am very individualized in my approach incorporating Acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, EMDR or other creative interventions as appropriate. I also love to do christian integration as requested by the client. I also do initial eating disorder assessments where I provide my recommended treatment plan for any parents or individuals that are concerned they may be suffering from an eating disorder.
