MENTOR REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a Member of CCBC.
• Have a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
• Strive to follow the leadership of the Holy Spirit.
• Make the discipleship program a positive, uplifting experience.
• Encourage team members to actively participate in church activities.
• Actively participate in regular, on-going outreach or training opportunities.
• Discipleship participants will be supportive of the Pastor and staff.
• Present the gospel message.
  Discipleship team discussions are confidential.
• Upon accepting a mentee the mentor agrees to complete the discipleship process.
• Background check performed.
