There is no specified age when children are capable of understanding their sin and salvation. In general, children younger than seven years old seldom seem ready. We believe it is wise for a child to wait for baptism if you feel they may not be ready. I'd be happy to meet privately with you and your family. - Pastor Dave Marsh

  • Baptism is for “Disciples”

—Followers of Jesus Jesus said, “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.” (Matthew 28:19-20) Parents are given the primary responsibility to disciple/train children (Deuteronomy 6:5-7). The Church is your partner! We want to help equip you to disciple/train your children. (Proverbs 22:6)
